Trike of The Month

This month's Trike of the Month Award goes to Carl and Janis Breeding who purchased their Roadsmiths from Tony's Trikes in Meridianville, AL.  For this particular award, we need to slightly modify our moniker and change it to "Trikes" of the Month as Carl and Jan ride a matching pair of 2012 Roadsmith Gold Wing Trikes they lovingly call "The Twins".  The enthusiastic owners have already had some great experiences on their matching mounts and have aspirations of logging serious touring miles in the coming year with their similarly matching miniature Schnauzers. 

In addition to some personalization on each of the trikes, they have also made modifications that we thought were quite clever.  "One thing we did was to spray the running boards and lower front cowl with truck bed liner" Janis told us in an email.  "We had it tinted to match the paint color.  It is hard to see in the pictures, but now we don't have to worry about small rocks dinging up the paint. That was a big problem on my previous trike."

Congratulations to Carl and Janis on winning our January Trike(s) of the Month Award and we wish them many safe, happy miles together on "The Twins"!

Promotions

For the month of January, we will be bringing back our annual promotion of an addtional $100 OFF any Roadsmith Steering Kit. This has always proven to be a very popular promotion, so get your orders ready for the New Year!

Co-Op Advertising

We have an exciting new co-op advertising program that we will implement in January and February of 2012.  It's a very simple program and one that will be easy to understand and implement. 

For each trike kit purchased in the first two months of the year, you will receive a $300 "advertising credit" that can be used in two ways.  The first is to use for any local "Roadsmith specific" advertising, promotion, rally, signage, etc., for which we will reimburse the equivalent of your advertising credit with the appropriate paperwork and receipts to substantiate the expenditure. The deadline for submission of advertising expenses will be June 1, 2012.

The second way to use your credits is to participate in our Wing World advertising program.  Currently, we place a full-page ad on the back cover of the magazine.  Starting in March, we will place a second ad in the magazine (tied to the back cover) in which we will feature participating dealers, the websites and contact information.  This a great opportunity for those of you that sell Gold Wing conversions to get the targeted power of the world's largest Gold Wing publication at a fraction of the cost of advertising individually.
